Parachuting Cup

From time to time it's good to jump into the unknown (it can be literally with a parachute... or even a serviette, or metaphorically ;)

Again, one of my cups, this one also appeared in my little calendar. Really, I need to take photos of it really soon!! At least one!

About me, these days are being really busy (I think I will be for a while), I have a lot pending work to do, but I'm also quite happy with it, it's forcing me to try new things, which is always nice, to challenge oneself. It's funny how all work comes to you at the same time, I can be quite "relaxed" for a few days (and I mean as working on something for another person, not for myself), and then... there is a lot of work just in front of you!! It's quite usual for any artist, isn't it?, I really can't complain :)

I will tell you about all this work really soon. For now, have fun and see you next week!!

To the West

Let's play and pretend we are in the West, like a cowboy... lets pretend this time we are bandits, the bad boys! Although I'm not sure if mommy will be too happy with this mess.

This week was crazy, but now I again have time to draw (once I finish some pending things... but it's fine now). But really I have been thinking I would like to try new things little by little, things I thought I would never try again, to test myself. Not sure when I will get to do all this, but I will!! I feel like experimenting.

Year of goat

Here is my illustration to celebrate 2015 is the year of the goat/sheep according with the lunar calendar on chinese culture. It will be 2015 on February 19th for them. Almost there!

It's not that I really believe in this, but I can't help feeling curious about it, checking it every year, if even a little. This time I couldn't help to draw a cute sheep, or cupcake-fence-like cupcake.

Dunno if it will be a good (Chinese) year, but I really hope so. Somewhere I read that if you worked hard on 2013 and 2014 you will get the achievement, or something like that, I can't remember correctly... but it would be cool!

Pirate Valentine

This little mouse prefers to hide his heart as a treasure in a chest for his valentine to find, with the help of a map and clues, of course!! A different Valentine Day for this little pirate (but one full of adventures!), a funny way to celebrate this day.

My illustration for this holidays, even I think it's not necessary to show your love for someone only on February 14th. Show your love everyday ;)

Love your pets

Love your pets... because they will always love you no mattter what.

This is something I made last year. Surely, 2014 was "the year of animals" for me. I interacted with many, accidentally sometimes, on purpose other. Also, things happened that made me love more those little creatures around me. I'm still able to meet some of them, but others have only been there for a little while (I wonder where are you, I hope you are safe) I sure loved animals before, but this year made realize how much I really love them.

So, don't forget to give some love to your pets!

Fly away and high, fragile kite, take the pain away with you and please make me feel lighter. Will you be able to find it? I really hope you can.

It's a really fast illustration I finished yesterday. Someone important is not here anymore, and I can't help feeling a little down these days. I will get better little by little, I know I will.
